    • How to purchase a TeaVivre Gift Card?

      1 Open our Gift Card page and you will see what like this below.

      2 Choose the amount you what to buy and then you will see a form as following. Put your name and email in as the Sender’s information (If you are logged in, the name and email will be filled in automatically).

      3 Fill in the blank of recipient name and recipient email. Please make sure the email is available because the gift card will be sent to this email.

      4 Click “Buy Now” and enter “My shopping bag” page to pay the order. After completing the payment, an email including a value code will be sent to the “recipient email”.

    • How to use your Gift Card

      Once you received an email with a code of TeaVivre Gift Card from your friend, please keep it carefully for later use.

      1 Log into your TeaVivre account and choose what product you want to buy, then enter the shopping bag.

      2 At the bottom of “My Shopping Bag” page, you will find a box of Gift Cards. Fill in your gift card code in this blank.

      3 Then Click on “Add Gift Card” button.

    • How to check the Gift Card balance?

      Gift card is always valid only if there is no balance left in it. You may run a check at the shopping bag page

      1 Enter the code of your gift card, and click “Check Gift Card Status”.

      2 Now all information about your gift card will be shown.

    • You can also check it in “My account”.

      Log into your TeaVivre account, and find the “Gift Card” option in Dashboard. Click and then process with the same steps.

    • I want to change my mind!

      If you change your mind after you made the order, you can ask a full refund anytime before the product is delivered.
    • TeaVivre's satisfaction guarantee

      At Teavivre, we really want you to be completely satisfied with both our products and our service to you.  We only sell teas that we ourselves drink and so are confident that you will like whatever you buy from us.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with anything that you've bought with us, you can return it to us within 15 days.  Once we've received the returned item, we will either give you a refund or exchange it for another item at you request.
    • I received something that was damaged

      We do our upmost best to insure that you will receive anything you buy from us in perfect condition.  If there’s any damage during shipping, you can ask for a refund or replacement.
    • How do I earn reward points?

      At TeaVivre we have a reward program to give you a discount on future purchases and to thank you for shopping with us.  For every dollar you spend at TeaVivre (not including shipping costs) we'll reward you with 5 reward points, the more you buy the more points you will get.  Then every 100 reward points can be used as 1 dollar discount the next time you come to TeaVivre to buy more tea.  We have no deadline or time limit on when you can use your points.

      Apart from getting TeaVivre reward points when you buy some of our tea, we will also give you points when you register.

    • How to use my reward points on Teavivre?

      When you make an order to buy some of our tea, on the shopping bag page you can check the “Apply points” box and then select how many of your reward points you would like to use.
    • Can I just use my reward points to place an order?

      Once you have accumulated enough reward points, you can redeem them at any time – including up to the entire value of the products. The reward point does not apply to the shipping cost.
