    • What are the benefits for creating an account with TeaVivre?

      Becoming a member of the TeaVivre community gives you the following benefits

      Reward Points:
      Once you've successfully registered with TeaVivre, straight away you will be given reward points that you can use for a discount anytime when you buy our great tea.
      Anytime you make an order with us for any of our teas, we'll give you reward points after the order is completed.

      Order tracking:
      We make sure that you can always easily track the status and location of your order online, 24 hours a day.

      Order history:
      We help you out by keeping track of any teas you've bought before.  Know you bought a great tea a few months ago, but aren't sure what it was?  No problem, you can easily look it up to find out what it was.

      Product reviews:
      We absolutely stand by the quality of our teas, and so encourage all the members of our community to write reviews of the teas you try, to both let us and our other members what you thought.

      Fast and easy to checkout:
      Once you're a member, if you like we'll keep track of your shipping information to help speed up your later purchases. This is, of course, optional. If you are concerned about letting us store this information you can easily complete any purchase as a guest, where we will not store any information about you past the time your order is delivered.

      Save your favorite:
      In your account you can keep track of both your favorite teas, and any teas you're interested in with our “wish list” feature.

    • How do I create a TeaVivre account?

      We've made sure that creating a new account on Teavivre is very easy.  Just click "Register" link in the right top of Teavivre homepage, fill in the needed information, click "submit" and then you're done!
    • What if I've forgotten my password?

      If you can't remember your password, please click on the “log in” link at the top right of every page.  After that you will see a link for “Forgot Your Password?”.  Click on this, and enter your email address and then we'll email you a new password.
    • What if I want to change any of my account details (address etc)?

      After you've logged in, simply go to your “Account Dashboard” page, where you will find a button to let you update any of your account details.
    • Do you protect my personal information about my account?

      To protect the private information of our customer is very important to us. This is one of the fundamental premises of our business, we will never give your any personal information to any third party.  Please have a look at our Privacy Policy for more details.
