    • When will my order be shipped?

      After we receive your confirmed order, we will typically get it sent off to our shipping department within 20 minutes, and then have it packed and shipped within 48 hours.

      *Please note: For countries in remote areas, the actual shipping cost can be seen at checkout page after you choose the destination country. Meanwhile, shipments to remote areas, or those sent during peak periods, may take longer.

      However, we will do all we can to make sure that your tea gets to you as fast as possible, delays during shipment are unfortunately something that is beyond our control.

    • How do I know if my order has been shipped or not?

      Once your TeaVivre tea has been shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.  At the same time, your order status will change to “Shipped in transit”.  You can also either logon to TeaVivre to track your order or use the tracking number we gave you to check its status online directly with the shipping company you selected.
