The good name “two Dragons and pearl” comes from the beautiful shape of jasmine and globe amaranth petals expanding slowly upwards. This tea features sweet flower scent and can endure 2 or 3 infusions with its distinct long-lasting aftertaste.
Our Two Dragons and a Pearl Silver Needle Flower Tea meets the most strictly European low pesticide residues standard for agricultural products.
Place one bundle of the Two Dragon tea in a clear glass or teapot and carefully add boiling water. Over 3 - 5 minute the tea will slowly expand into its final shape, then you can enjoy the liquid in the next minute or so. When you add more water later, be careful to avoid pouring the water in too quickly as this will damage the fragile flowers. We suggest carefully pouring the water slowly down the side of the cup, instead of directly into the cup.
Our Two Dragons and a Pearl Flower Tea is produced in Hulin, Fuding, Fujian, which is located in the northeast of Fujian and is one of the famous tea-producing areas.
Fuding belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate, which is characterized by the distinct oceanic climate. The average annual sunshine lasts 1840 hours; the average annual temperature is 18.5°C; average annual precipitation is 1661.6 millimeters.

My friend used several of the blooming teas at a gathering, and this one looks the best. Looks amazing in the teapot. However, I wish the tea has more flavour. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't taste bad. It's just that I wish the taste was as beautiful as the blooming action.
This is my favorite flower tea thus far. I bought these to use for special occasions because I thought the process of blooming would appeal to the children who sometimes join me for tea, and the delicate beauty would be nice for a romantic tea time with hubby by candlelight. This flower tea is particularly lovely, but if it didn't taste good, it would all be a waste. You are treated to a golden liquor with smooth sweet taste and light floral notes, but very light, not overpowering for someone who doesn't care for floral tea. This is definitely worth purchasing in my book, and far superior to the flower tea assortments that are sold around Christmas in the US that turn out to be rather tasteless.
Very beautiful bloom and a light, slightly sweet green tea.
Couple more to go in my silver needle assortment, this ones name was probably my favourite of them all since I really like dragons and this one is called two dragons and a pearl. Maybe jasmine vines resemble the dragons and globe amaranth is the pearl, and those dragons are fighting for the pearl. I really like the appearance of the flower, the arc is pretty. Tea doesn’t have any specific aroma, also I have a flu so my nose doesn’t work that well. I really like the taste, it’s like creamy vanilla with hint of sour. I haven’t mentioned the packaging before in these reviews but it’s really excellent, every flower is vacuum packed and in zip bag. Also in every vacuum bag is picture of the flower and name of the flower.
