Q: I have been reviewing your tea set all night today. The most concerned question from me is are these tea set made of safe material? I have been seeing a lot Chinese articles mentioning about dangerous chermical been added to these tea set. I'm especially interested in Zi sha hu, which I have learned from CCTV news that the mine in yi xing has been shut down since 2006, then where were your purple clay came from? I really want to get a set of purple clay tea pot. Your answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! Posted on 2/9/17 by Wei Huang
Reply: Our teaware are chemical-free which will not hurt user's body and healthy. We usually use them brew tea and share the picture on social media, Please don't worry about it. For the purple clay, the government’s announcement pointed out they plan shut down for 3 years and then lifted and planned mining. And many big factories have stored enough material before the shut down. According many researches, the purple clay is enough for use a long time.
Q: Would it be possible to fit a bigger Gaiwan in this case? Posted on 11/7/13 by Tyler
Reply: The case is not big. So if your gaiwan is much bigger than this one, I'm afraid it cannot fit the case. Yet if your gaiwan is just slightly bigger than this one, you may have a try.
Q: Could you please tell me what the dimensions of the case are? Could you also tell me what the volume of the tea cups, gaiwan and sharing pitcher are? Posted on 9/13/12 by Matt
