Featured white tea series, using Fuding pekoe of Fujian Province as materials by traditional craft methods, is a non-fermented white tea:

They are scented with Jasmine from the famous origin place of jasmine Guangxi Province.

• Organic Silver Needle White Tea (Bai Hao Yin Zhen)

• Organically grown at Mt. Taimu(太姥山) in Fujian, China
• Tea buds covered in white hairs
• Pale golden color when brewed
• A subtle, slightly flowery, sweet, lingering taste
• Low caffeine (less than 10% of a cup of coffee)
• 2-3 teaspoons for 8oz of water. Brew at 176 ºF (80 ºC) for 1 to 2 minutes

We at TeaVivre have carefully selected our organic Silver Needle White Tea to make sure it is absolute premium quality. When brewed, it has a pale golden color and subtle flowery fragrance. The taste of TeaVivre's Silver Needle is delicate, without any bitterness or strong flavour.

• Organic White Peony (Bai MuDan) Tea

• Organically grown at Mt. Taimu(太姥山) in Fujian, China
• Tea buds covered in white hairs, with one or two new leaves
• Pale orange-yellow color when brewed
• A delicate, slightly flowery, sweet, lingering taste
• Low caffeine (less than 10% of a cup of coffee)
• 2-3 teaspoons for 8oz of water. Brew at 194 ºF (90 ºC) for 1 to 2 minutes

TeaVivre's certified organic White Peony (Bai MuDan) tea is farmed and produced at Mt. Taimu using DaBai and DaHao tea trees. After brewing it has a pale orange-yellow color like our Silver Needle tea, however it has a slightly fuller flavour. Like Silver Needle, it is renowned for its health benefits, helping reduce the risk of heart attacks, some cancers and reducing the affects of aging.

• Jasmine Silver Needle White Tea (Mo Li Yin Zhen)

• Produced in Fuding(福鼎), Fujian, China
• Mixing the freshness and fragrance of jasmine with the mellowness and sweetness of silver needle pekoe.
• Original tea tree: Pekoe (Da Bai Hao)
• Tea buds covered in white hairs, which are straight and fat
• Pale Bright and clear tea liquor
• 2-3 teaspoons for 8oz of water. Brew at 176 ºF (80 ºC) for 1 to 2 minutes

Jasmine Silver Needles is a kind of jasmine- flavored white tea. Produced in Panxi, Fuding, Fujian, it is picked from pekoe (Da Bai Hao) tea tree. It is made through silver needle pekoe scented with jasmine. All the tea leaves should be picked before Pure Brightness and plucking time only lasts ten days. It is the superior grade of spring tea.
