Angel's Comment:
A few pieces of hawthorn with some honey or sugar, we can make a simple cup of sweet and sour fruit tea without any additives.
Plump juicy fresh hawthorn fruits are selected for this tea, and they are cleaned, sliced, and then dried. These slices are intentionally thick to retain their nutrition and the natural taste of the fruit, slightly sour; it can help to increase appetite and promote digestion. The fruits are also rich in vitamins and trace elements and has a slimming and beautifying effect. Adding sugar or honey is a good choice as well, and this tea can easily be made cold or hot without giving up any of its flavor. However, because of the sour quality of this tea, it is not recommended for drinking on an empty stomach.
Note: Because of the sour taste of hawthorn, it is not suitable for drinking with an empty stomach.

The hawthorn is a plant with edible fruits, usually grown along hillsides in bushes at about 400-1000 meters above sea level. The fruit is both sweet and sour, and aside from being eaten directly, they are also suitable for brewing into a tea or being made into hawthorn candies, or preserved fruit or wine. One of the most famous Chinese traditional snacks, Tanghulu, is made by coating fresh hawthorn fruits in malt sugar.
‘Herbal tea’ refers to any beverage made from the infusion or decoction of some sort of plant material, usually the flower, stem, or leaf, and sometimes even the root. These 100% natural ingredients, without any artificial colors, and caffeine content guarantee good quality. Because of this, we can say that not only are these herbal-teas pleasant in appearance, but they are also healthy to drink, often rich in nutrients such as vitamins B, C, and E.
