New shipping method to Germany — e-Packet (7-12 days)

e-Packet, a faster way than China Post Air Mail, which has already been opened to these customers from USA, UK, AUS, CAN, FRA, ISR, NOR, RUS, UKR and so on.

Here we’re so happy to announce that the e-Packet to Germany is available at the end of April, 2016. Tea lovers from Germany can enjoy this efficient and affordable transport services with an additional $6.9 shipping fees.

Shipping Time
Currently it’ll take 7-12 days to the most locations in Germany stated by the Official Post Office. However, it only took 6 days when our German customers received the parcels tested in May. That is to say, normally you just need to wait a week if you place the order with e-Packet.

Customs Declaration
Customs in German will not charge any customs duties on package ≤ €22. Therefore, to consider our customers’ interest, all the declaration value for German orders will be written ＜€22.

If your package is too big, we’ll send them out separately with several small packages (one day one package). Moreover, the name of declaration goods for packages will be written as “Tea”.
