As is well-known, Huang Shan Mao Feng belongs to China’s top ten famous tea, the Nonpareil Huang Shan Mao Feng that Teavivre has is Te Gong Grade, which means the tea was used to be paid as tribute to the emperor.

Each year, tea farmers must pick up the tea leaves before Qingming Festival, fresh tea leaves with one bud and one leaf which are in their early sprout are in the best quality. This work needs much patience, because only 1.5kg fresh leaves were picked up through a day’s working for each farmer. Generally, 2kg fresh leaves can only come out 0.5kg dry tea. Moreover, the process of making tea must be finished in a day.
