Angel's Comment:
The key fragrance note: pekoe fragrance; the compound note is sweet fruity, offering a mellow and deep taste.
This White Peony tea cake is made from tea leaves sourced from tea trees grown at an altitude of about 1100 meters. It is pressed into a convenient 100g cake, making it easy to store and carry. Upon opening the packaging, one is greeted with the aroma of pekoe mixed with the scent of dry grass, and the leaves and buds wrapped in white fuzz are clearly visible. When brewed, the floral and fruity fragrance of Zhenghe white tea quickly emanates. The first sip reveals a silky texture of the tea liuqid, followed by a light floral fragrance and a subtle fruitiness. The taste of the white tea cake is refreshing, with a quick sweet aftertaste and a lasting aroma. As the brewing continues, the sweetness of the tea liquid becomes more pronounced, and the mouthfeel becomes fuller.

The Xibiao Tea Garden is located deep in the mountains of Dongping Town, Zhenghe County. Here, goats return at dusk, children's carts move slowly, green mountains are in sight, rivers flow nearby, and villagers live contentedly, earning it the reputation of "a small heavenly place in northern Fujian, a charming pearl with red and green intertwined." At an altitude of approximately 800-1100 meters, the area enjoys long hours of sunlight, is often enveloped in mist, and experiences significant temperature differences between day and night. These conditions are conducive to the accumulation of tea substances and the formation of aromatic compounds, endowing the tea from this region with a high fragrance, strong flavor, and good endurance through multiple infusions.

Fu'an Dabai Tea Tree species was discovered as a local fine variety during a mass tea tree improvement survey and selection work carried out in 1964. Although it has only been discovered for just over a decade, its introduction and breeding development have progressed rapidly. This semi-arboreal variety features a tall and large tree form with a distinct main trunk. The tree height reaches about 2.8 meters, with a width of approximately 2.7 meters, and the main trunk diameter is about 5 centimeters. It produces white tea of excellent quality, particularly Silver Needle, characterized by robust buds and prominent white hairs. The fresh leaves (one bud and two leaves) contain 27.16% tea polyphenols and 4.56% caffeine.
