Angel's Comment:
The key fragrance note: almend aroma; the compound note is aged chen xiang and woody aroma; taste delicate, mellow and sweet.
This mini mushroom tuocha is produced by the Xiaguan Tea Factory. It is made from dry warehouse-aged loose-leaf tea chosen by experienced blenders. The raw materials are primarily the ripe puerh harvested and made in 1995. It is a rare and superior aged puerh tea, and we fully appreciated the appeal of aged tea the first time we tasted it.
From the first steep, the flavor is quite full, with a thick and gelatinous texture, as smooth as sipping a bowl of chicken soup; the tea liquid is very sweet and has a slight scent of almonds. After drinking, our throat feels extremely wet and somewhat chilly in the mouth, and our stomach feels warm and cozy. The exceptional brewing resistance and flavor of a tuocha weighing less than 5g is sufficient to demonstrate its superior quality. Whether you're new to puerh tea or a seasoned fan, it'll make your eyes sparkle.

Yunnan Tuocha is also known as Xiaguan Tuocha since it was developed in Xiaguan, Dali, Yunnan. It is one of the oldest varieties of Yunnan tea. In its current form, Yunnan Tuocha dates back more than a century, having been founded in the 28th year of the Qing Dynasty (1902), under the reign of Guangxu. Renowned teas from over thirty counties in Yunnan Province, including Simao, Baoshan, and Lincang, are used as raw materials for Xiaguan Tuocha. Several steps of machine pressing and human rolling are used in its early production process. It has a lovely form and resembles a bowl, incredibly well-liked among tea enthusiasts.
Founded in 1941, Yunnan Xiaguan Tea Factory (now known as Yunnan Xiaguan Tuocha (Group) Co., Ltd.) is situated in Dali City, Yunnan's major center for processing and distributing pressed tea. The exceptional quality of Xiaguan Tuocha is made possible by the region's long-standing and superb tea-making traditions, as well as its stunning scenery, mild climate, and outstanding ecological environment. The factory produces a variety of puerh pressed teas that are well-known worldwide, have received several honors, and are marketed both domestically and internationally.
