Angel's Comment:

Zisha Clay Aroma Tea Cup Set is the preferred teaware for Chinese traditional Gongfu tea ceremony, which is very suitable for oolong tea lovers and aficionados.

Tasting cup is what you pour the brewed tea into from your fair cup to actually drink the brewed tea, the western equivalent would be the teacup, although Pinming cups are much smaller, shallow and thin. Remember, brewing tea Gongfu style is about fully enjoying every aspect of the tea to the fullest.
Aroma cup is used for smelling the fragrance of tea, especially for oolong tea. The appearance of aroma cup is taller and more slender than tasting cup. Usually, one aroma cup should be matched with a tasting cup which of the same material and color. Of course, a cup saucer is needed if you are a tea lover with careful attention to the details. You can choose from the three colors the one that can match your Zisha teapot.

Zhu Ni(朱泥): Bright brick-red color.

Zhu Ni with white glaze(朱泥白釉): Brick-red appearance with white-glazed inner wall.

Zi Ni(紫泥): Dark brownish-red (dark red) color.

Cup Saucer is used for carrying tasting cup and aroma cup.
