What payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, along with PayPal. We can also work with JCB and other major Credit Cards, MoneyBookers.

What currency do you accept?

We accept USD, EUR, AUD, GBP, CAD and CHF on the desktop site. You can directly change the currency on the bottom navigation on the website or at the top right corner when checkout.

Is there any tax on tea?

TeaVivre does not add sales taxes or any hidden charge to your order – what you see on the checkout page is exactly what we charge you.

Note that in some situations in some countries you may be required to pay import duties or taxes on your order, as assessed by your own government. Please check with your own government to find out about import duties for your country. For assistance on this, you can contact TeaVivre and we will try to do our best to help you.

Will my financial information be safe?

TeaVivre will not receive or store any of your financial information. We use Braintree as Payment Gateway, by which your credit card and Paypal information will be encrypted transferred and managed. Braintree is the branch company of Paypal and meets the highest industry standards and guidelines - Level 1 PCI compliance.

Will my personal information be safe?

By using the strong 256-bit encryption, 2048-bit root for whole site SSL encryption, as well as passing the strictest True BusinessID® Extended Validation (EV) SSL certification, all your information will be encrypted transferred and managed.
