When will my order be shipped?

After we receive your confirmed order, we will typically get it sent off to our shipping department within 20 minutes, and then have it packed and shipped within 48 hours.

How do I know if my order has been shipped or not?

Once your TeaVivre order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. At the same time, your order status will change to “Shipped in transit”. You can also either Sign in your TeaVivre account to track your order or use the tracking number we give you to check its status online on tracking website directly.
