Meng Ding Tea Area in Sichuan Province – March 6, 2024
Tea Garden of the Award Winning Nonpareil Ming Qian Meng Ding Gan Lu Green Tea
Tea farmers are picking the MinQian tea leaves. The plucking standard of the Meng Ding Gan Lu Tea is to pick 1.2 centimeters of tea buds. This results in a limited quantity. Usually, a skilled tea worker will pick about 1 kg of fresh tea buds per hour.
Traditional Handmade Process of Meng Ding Gan Lu Tea by Tea Master Mr. Bai
The important process of Meng Ding Gan Lu Tea is “three-time fried, three-time rolling”, which means pan-frying the tea leaves three times and rolling them three times. It is a great honor to invite Tea Master Mr. Bai to guide us through the special production process of Mengding Ganlu Tea.
