He is also a national first-class tea evaluator, and has a comprehensive and systematic understanding of tea production techniques and tea evaluation.

Mr. Chen and Chris make evaluation on the four grades of white peony tea. By this way, wehad a deeper understanding of the evaluation of white tea. Through the way of review, from the appearance, tea liquor color, hot smell, warm smell, taste, cold smell, leaf bottom and other aspects to judge the quality of tea. It will be more strict to control the quality of the product.
